Ariella offers a strategic approach informed by her background in both publishing and advertising.

As Associate Creative Director (Copy) at Droga5, she helped lead the storytelling for the relaunch of CoverGirl with the new campaign and tagline "I am what I make up." Prior to that, she held posts at AR New York (on Revlon), Sephora, Assouline, and Nylon.  Her clients have included Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder, Bulgari, Gilt Groupe, Myspace, Juicy Couture, LOFT, Sephora, and NBCUniversal, and her writing has appeared in Refinery29, New York, Vogue Italia, Cosmopolitan, NYLON, Time Out New York, Interview, Psychology Today, and The New York Times. 

She holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York University.
