As a consulting Creative Director, Copy, she works with agencies—including Baron & Baron and Be Good Studios—and brands on creative strategy, campaigns, story, and voice. Her clients include Men's Louis Vuitton, New Balance, NARS, True Botanicals, Ermenegildo Zegna, La Mer, and Cartier.
Before going freelance, Ariella was an Associate Creative Director at Droga5, where she concepted Under Armour’s 2019 brand campaign and helped spearhead the relaunch of CoverGirl with the campaign "I am what I make up." Prior to that, she held posts at AR New York (leading the global storytelling for Revlon), Sephora, Assouline, and Nylon.
Over the course of her career, her clients have included Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder, Bulgari, Gilt Groupe, Juicy Couture, LOFT, Sephora, and NBCUniversal, and her writing has appeared in Refinery29, New York, Vogue Italia, Cosmopolitan, Nylon, Time Out New York, Interview, Psychology Today, and The New York Times.
She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston University and an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York University.
